Location: Brussels [for the whole EU] Client: European Commission and European Creative Industries Alliance Date: 2013-2014 TASO as member of the expert panel of the European Creative Industries Alliance (ECIA), a large-scale initiative promoted by the DG Enterprise & Industry. The mandate of the Policy Learning Platform within the ECIA was to engage in strategic discussions on policies in support of creative industries. It produced a final report to the Commission presenting a strategy for policy action to support creative industries in Europe. Thematically, the work was organized into four main topics: better business support and innovation vouchers schemes; better access to finance; cluster excellence & cooperation; and cross-innovation and spillovers. http://www.eciaplatform.eu/
