El director general de Andalucía TRADE, Antonio Castro, abrió las jornadas sobre «Oportunidades Andalucía – Ucrania» correspondiente a la segunda sesión del Club Europa de Andalucía TRADE. Este encuentro recibió la participación de más de una veintena de firmas andaluzas interesadas en el mercado ucraniano.
Asimismo, la cita también contó con la intervención del agregado comercial de la Embajada de España en Kiev, Juan Antonio Obregón; de la presidenta de la European Business Association, Anna Derevyanko, asociación de empresas internacionales con presencia en Ucrania; y del responsable de la oficina de promoción de negocios de la Red Andalucía TRADE Internacional en Polonia, Marcin Siemdaj.
El objetivo de este encuentro, celebrado en la sede de Andalucía TRADE en Sevilla, ha sido desmitificar el riesgo de hacer negocios en Ucrania, el segundo país más grande de Europa. Según los datos de Andalucía TRADE, Ucrania está elaborando un plan de reconstrucción con la UE como protagonista, en el que participarán instituciones multilaterales como el Banco Mundial y el Banco Europeo de Inversiones, que ya han concedido fondos para la recuperación del país, permitiendo así la financiación de grandes proyectos de inversión.
Por otra parte, la agencia pública ha detectado para la comunidad oportunidades de negocio en el mercado ucraniano en sectores como el aeroespacial, infraestructuras y obra civil, salud, transición energética y energías renovables, transporte y logística, TIC o agricultura.
Actualmente, Ucrania es un mercado importante para Andalucía, ya que en 2023, la región compró al país productos por valor de más de 500 millones de euros, sobre todo semillas y aceite de girasol. En cambio Andalucía, solo exportó 35 millones de euros, por lo que el margen de crecimiento del producto andaluz en el mercado ucraniano es alto.
Para ello, aumentar la presencia de Andalucía en el mercado, Andalucía TRADE apuesta por reforzar las relaciones comerciales entre ambos territorios. Además, Ucrania es un mercado que se atiene en destino a través de la oficina de promoción de negocios en Varsovia, una de las sedes de la Red Andalucía TRADE Internacional que en todo el mundo alcanza ya 76 países.
Finalmente, también se expusieron las acciones, instrumentos y programas de la agencia pública para apoyar al desarrollo regional andaluz (atracción de inversiones; instrumentos de apoyo a la innovación, etc.). Entre ellas se destacó la apertura, este mismo mes de julio, de la ventanilla para solicitar los nuevos incentivos aprobados recientemente en Consejo de Gobierno para las empresas andaluzas, por valor de 244 millones de euros y que cubrirá tres líneas destinadas a creación y crecimiento de proyectos empresariales e I+D+i.
Club Europa
El Club Europa forma parte, junto a otros tres (Club Asia, Club América Latina y Club África Subsahariana), de una iniciativa creada con el objetivo de que las empresas andaluzas se adhieran a una productiva red de networking y convivan en un espacio de inteligencia de negocio, donde compartir novedades para el acceso y la implantación en estos mercados estratégicos.
Estos Clubes son una plataforma de reflexión y planificación estratégica, ya que generan un foro de debate que sirve para diseñar la planificación anual de actividades de internacionalización de Andalucía TRADE en estrecha colaboración con las firmas andaluzas. A partir de aquí, se convierte en un nuevo canal comercial, con la idea de acceder a nuevas áreas de negocio.
Las acciones comerciales que forman parte de los Clubes incluyen encuentros con expertos, asistencia a eventos, participación en foros, almuerzos de trabajo, jornadas institucionales, así como jornadas de networking entre todos los miembros de cada Club.
Andalucía TRADE cofinanciará estas jornadas con fondos procedentes de la Unión Europea, con cargo al Programa Operativo FEDER de Andalucía 2021-2027, dotado con una contribución comunitaria del 80%, o cualquier otro Programa Europeo susceptible de cofinanciar esta actuación.
